Latest snow map from A/W
It makes me nervous but I am not sure I agree with it though. It doesn't reflect what I am seeing on the various models. While the precip now is a snow/ice pellet mix, which will cut down on the total accumulations, I am still expecting that the precip change over to mainly snow over the next 24 hrs.

Except this map doesn't say a whole lot with any precision that is useful. Assuming some in-exactitude of the boundary lines, this tells me that Ottawa could have anywhere from 1 to 12 inches of snow . . .
ReplyDeleteAgreed..However the change from the previous map is worrisome to those who would like snow in the Ottawa area.
