Frost in outlying areas this morning

Bancroft got down to -2C
Kemptville got down to OC
Petawawa got down to -1C
Gatineau got down to 0C.

Ottawa Airport?   4 C.   At least 4 C higher than anywhere else.    Urban Heat Island anyone?
